Hi, I am pursuing Green Cleaning as an ID credit for a NC v3 building. Does anyone know when does the performance period begin?

We are using the full building's green cleaning policy as SScr1 Path 12 "Other Quantifiable Environmental Performance" for our LEED CI project.

For the green cleaning policy needs should a performance target for the purchase of green products and cleaning equipment be defined?

To draft our Green Cleaning Program we used the document provided at the Documentation Toolkit on the tab above.

We are pursuing an ID credit for LEED certification under New Construction.

Is a signature required on the EBOM IEQ p3 policy? If so, would it be person assigned as Responsible party, like housekeeping manager, or would it be tenant?

Does anyone have experience with using green cleaning products that meet the Green Seal Standard for Residential Cleaning Products?

We are working on a LEED for Schools project. Can anyone provide clarity on if the hand hygiene notices are only required at the staff/employee sinks to help achieve this credit?

Can anyone provide feedback on the benefits of contracting with a GS-42 Certified service provider from a LEED perspective?
