Our project building has 5 AHU systems; 4 of them significantly exceed ASHRAE (200%, 130%, 363%, 41%). The building is a laboratory and has very stringent requirements for OA delivery and IAQ.

Going for IEQc1.3 after complying with EQp1 (v4)

The office building is being certified under EBOM v2009. The project team wants to substitute the prerequisite IEQp1 v2009 with EQp1 v4 and then achieve IEQc1.3 credit.
