Parking garages

For Option 1 / Development Density - we have several large parking garages within our radius. Am I correct in thinking these would not be counted?

definition of greenfield for commercial interiors

Hi all, how can a fit-out that is to be certiifed by commercial interiors be a "greenfield development" ? Surely once the core and shell project is completed, the fit-out is on a previously develop

Shopping Mall with all basic amenities

Our project is located in the central district and is located very close to a shopping mall with almost all basic amenities located within them.

Pedestrian Access

I just got my Preliminary Design review comments...I successfully documented the 10 basic services and residential zone however did not show unobstructed pedestrian access connecting everything tog

Option 2 - Future residential development

Our project is located in a new area in which a residential area will be developed in the near future but is not developed yet. Is it possible to count this area for option 2? Thanks!

Basic services within the same shopping center

CI-2009 SSc2:Development Density and Community Connectivity

The LEED CI 2009 reference guide states that the project building itself cannot be considered 1 of the 10 basic services; however in a mixed-use building, a maximum of 1 service wtihin the building

Does the entire residential area within the 1/2 mile radius need to be 10 units per acre or more or just a selection of higher density housing choices within the 1/2 mile radius?
