LEED CI - S.S. credit 3.3 - Case 1 - Option 2

Our project area is less than 75% of the total building area - as we are one of the tenants in 25 floor building. So i guess the project would qualify under Case1 - Option 2.

Can one acheive this credit via compliance path B. (no parking) if the facility has no on-site parking, but does have an off-site parking lot with a shuttle service?

Working toward certification under CI 2009 version. Renovation to an existing building that is less than 75% of total building space, so we are under Case 1 Option 1.
