Aerators on Kitchen Faucets

Hi Our project's base building kitchen faucet has a 1.1gpm flow rate but would need to be upgraded to a 0.5gpm to reach our target effeciency.

How to calculated for hybrid urinals

Sloan has a new "hybrid" urinal that is basically waterless but does a pre-programmed, 1 gallon system flush every 72 hours. This solves a lot of maintenance and odor problems.

Our project occupies (4) out of (10) floors of a building which was LEED 2.0 certified. We are attempting Silver under LEED CI 2009.

DOES THE COMMON TOILEST IN A FLOOR COME UNDER TENANT SCOPE? ENTIRE FLOOR IS OCUPIED BY SAME COMPANY? FLOOR IS MEANT TO BE RENT TO DIFFERENT TENANATS AND OUR COMPANY IS OCCUPYING THE ENTIRE FLOOR?

Our project is in a 57-story building where the existing toilets are original to the building (1972) and are blow-out toilets at 3.5gpf.

For LEED Retail CI, to calculate the WEc1 water reduction you have to input the number of FTE's as well as customers.

Dear Tristan, If you only have one fixture, a faucet in staff lunchroom, in a CI project, and it does meet the goal of 20% better than code, i.e. 1.5 gpm. Then do you gain this credit?

As 1.6 is a standard low flow toilet, in order to further reduce water use is it better to specify a 1.28 gpf or a dual flush toilet? Thank you.

Scope of landlord change

Within our CI project (Office - 5 stories), there are landlord core areas including all toilets / washing facilities (same toilet block repeated on each floor).
