For a LEED CI project that includes a fitness center, do you count the motors in the treadmills and cross trainers? No fitness equipment I have found is Energy Star rated.

Our project has several pieces of video conferencing equipment (not just display screens), which are not ENERGY STAR certified.

If EPAct 1992 does not reference 50Hz electrical motors, these don't need to comply with 10.4 minimum efficiencies? Thanks in advance.

When listing non-energy star equipment we enter N/A in the Make or model column.
