We have a retail banking project. the building is 2 stories high + a roof top and was renovated. We installed a roof garden on it. we also install light fixture surrounding the roof garden.

I received comments back from a reviewer that data center/server rooms should be classified as "active storage" with 0.8 W/sf allowance.

we have a project with a led strip only for decorative purpose and not included in the luxes calculus. This led strip is located on the ceiling illuminating the roof.

We have a project where the Tenant is taking over part of the Core and Shell building's underground parking and have cordoned off the area with fences and gates etc.
