I am working on a project where all of the AHUs, except for one, are provided by the building owner.

We have an open office VAV project that is only pursuing the "Appropriate Zoning and Controls" portion of Option 1.

Dear all, Same project as before, Central Chilled Water System, not in our scope. The only HVAC equipment in our scope are 2 CRAC units for the office's SITES.

The building has one of the facades facing east-south. There are trees at street level that block the sun.

I am trying to understand whether the modelling for Option 2 of this credit is supposed to be done using the ECB method or Appendix G.

Can the LEED-CI certificate be obtained even after the renovation process has been completed? There has been no registrations or whatsoever before the renovation/construction.
