Asbestos documentation

Our project site has two buildings that will be demolished to erect our project. Through testing that is compliant with NESHAPS standards it has been determined that both buildings have asbestos.

Does this credit require 100% comfortable hours (for 90% of the people PMV) or is there some flexibility? Also - any idea what to do if we can't find an EPW file for Lusaka, Zambia?

How would you qualify an adhesive for insulation instalation? I am not sure which VOC limit is the most appropriate.

Using LEED NC 2009, do we need to include furniture items, such as workstations, task chairs and their related components as required for IEQ.45 in LEED CI requirements?
