How do you determine the predicted acceptable corrosion rates for each pipe material in the condenser water system?

The default total regularly occupied gross area seems to be taken from our total gross area--which is not the same, and makes it difficult to meet the 90% when restrooms and utility closets etc are

Hi, Our project is mixed use commercial office building including hotel. There are about 100 guest rooms on hotel floors, and smoking is permitted in 30% of these rooms.

Would a Baseline Building model need to be average of 90, 180, and 270 degree rotations if Proposed Building model consists of new addition at an existing building?
