Documenting salvaged items

What kind of documentation is required for salvaged materials? I'm thinking specifically in a campus setting where we are salvaging furniture from other buildings for use in the project building.

Can someone explain the building inventory? I see here it says to inventory for manufacturer, etc but the LEED online form just asks for a number of mercury-containing bulbs in the building.

Our project if a large office building with approximately 1200 employees. We have a whole building water meter and a domestic hot water meter. If we add a meter into the commercial kitchen.
