The new v. 4 forms table IEQc7.1-1. Space Design Parameters asks for the "Activity Level" to be listed per each space type. Are they asking for the MET rate?

I have heard rumors of GBCI allowing projects to use a facilities average diversion rate in liue of an actual project specific diversion rate, given it covers the projects performance period.
