We are building a LEED project next to an existing road. It is a gravel road owned by the same entity that owns the LEED project, and they also own the property across the road.

What can be considered as a Radiant Temperature control? Do blinds or curtains count if occupant is within 20 feet from the window?

In one question: If ride share and van pool adds up to 87. However, in another question, the number of ride shares 2, 3, 4, 5 is 112. Do you go with 87 and ignore the 112?
