If an office project space has a glazed atrium in the middle of the floor plate, do the views of the office from one side of the atrium to the other side count in the Views credit?

My client is building a destination resort which includes a hotel, golf course, spa, etc. I understand the need for bike racks for resort staff who will be commuting locally.

Include or Exclude a classroom auditorium

We are doing an addition to a classroom building on a college campus. A ~100 seat auditorium style classroom makes up about 25% of the regularly occupied space of the building.

Soil Materials, Site work costs contribute to total cost?

Should I include loads of soil, stone, pipe bedding materials, underground pipe, catch basins or other site work materials to the total cost of materials?

SS c9.2 says 'Qualifying spaces must meet the requirements for outdoor air quality enumerated in IEQ c5.’ Does this mean a project has to meet IEQ c5 in order to achieve SS c9.2?

On a higher ed project, there is proposed metering of all energy and water usage for the LEED building that can be read from the building automation system.
