LT Credit : Reduced parking Foot print Can this credit be achieved if there are no parking spaces provided and we are using existing parking lot for the new building?

So i know I left two questions in the past about this topic, and got no response.  So hoping third time is the charm since we got comments back from the design credit review.

Do you have sample documentation for this credit?

Hi all. In the LEED form, the R32 refrigerant is not on the list. How to put it in form? Since its HFC refrigerant, the closest one is R410A, but R32 has better GWP number. 

I am working on a project that has 3 levels of parking in addition to 10 floors of office space/labs. On the parking levels, no changes have been made to the lighting or ventilation systems.

. It appears that we are encountering a persistent issue in our projects.
