Additional Floors for Existing LEED Certified Project

Hi We have a project which is G+10 floors & is LEED CS 2008 Gold certified. Now the developer is planning to expand this building by adding 4 more floors over and above the 10th floor.

there are 8 stops/stations within 1 mile radius form our project serving 47 public bus/light rail lines, and 2 of them are municipal public transportation hubs that connect the vicinity to downtown

We have an K-6 school project which is mostly views-compliant. One issue we are having in getting above 90% views requirement is the coat area at the rear of the classroom.

Per the LEEDv4 Reference Guide "Duration-based savings from auto-control faucets w/ automatic fixture sensors or metering controls are no longer allowed in the design case.

Hello, This may seem like a stupid question, but I am working on a project that has porcelain wall tile being installed in bathrooms and I'm not sure how this is supposed to be listed under IEQc4.

Project sitework and stabalization techniques were implemented during the beginning stages of the project and followed our ESC plan as well as local jurisdiction requirements.
