Dedicated bike lanes

What is a dedicated bike lane? I have a sidewalk leading to a new elementary school in two different directions. One is approximately 100 feet long from the from the primary access road.

Interior paint's VOC

According to Green Seal Standard GS-11, Paints, 1st Edition, May 20, 1993 the VOC limit for interior flat paint is 50 grams/liter of product minus water.
