Task Lighting

EBOM-v4 EQc4:Interior lighting

It appears that typical under cabinet task lighting with just an on/off switch (no midlevel) will no longer satisfy this credit. Am I reading this correctly?

I'm only submitting this request for clarification as a last resort: the contractor says only Greenguard certification is available, but I don't see anything in the thread or the manual commenting
