For flooring products, for example VCT, is Smart Certification the equivalent to Florscore for LEED Certification purposes?

We have a solar farm on our site that generates about 1.7 million kWh of electricity per year. The array is 100% grid tied selling all energy back to the public utility.

We are going for LEED EBOM v 2009 and need to finish the process by Spring 2017. An engineering firm is getting ready to do an ASHRAE Level I & II audit for us to receive the EA Credit 2.1.

So we are scraping for a few more points that we lost in our CD review. It is now 18+ mos. after occupancy - can this credit still be obtained?
