We have steel on a project that is documented to be 99% recycled content, all recovered within 500 miles of the project site.

Crushed concrete

We will be using crushed concrete from an exiting building on site for subbase for access road. I understand this cannot be used for MRc3 Material Reuse, but rather for MRc4.

MR Project boundary in multi story building

CI-2009 MPR2:Must be a complete, permanent building or space

In the LEEDuser FAQ's above it states, "Can a project designate open space off-site and not within the LEED project boundary to meet the credit requirements?
