Using the 62MZ calculator

Hello, I have two questions from our ME about using the spreadsheet calculator: 1. Neither of us can get the macros to work on the calculator - to add zones, etc.

If I model a hydronic HVAC plant shall I consider in the proposed model the heat losses through the pipes? And in the baseline model?

We are in process of submitting for certification a health care out patient clinic. The proposed buiding has air handling units are chilled water cooled with many devices.

Credit requirement clarification.

Healthcare-v2009 SSc9.1:Connection to the natural world - places of respite

We are working on a healthcare out patient clinic. The credit says that we will take the net usable area excluding the building equipement, vertical circulation and structure.

Project Boundary for LEED CI project

My project is a renovation of one floor of a 4 story office building. The entire floor is leased by one tenant. No initial fit-out is in the scope of work. We are targeting LEED CI certification.

Where in the 2009 CI LEED reference guide does it state that only NEW Energy Star appliances are to be included in the calculations?
