Applies to equipment as well as building lighting?

We have a question whether this credit applies to lighting integrated with medical equipment, or if the credit only applies to permanently attached building fixtures, like the low-VOC and other MR

FSC Controlled?

I'm working with a manufacturer who has offered the wood in FSC Controlled or FSC Mixed. I can't find information on FSC Controlled on this page. Does that wood get full credit?
