LEED 2009 ID+C Study Guide Typo? IEQ C2

CI-2009 IEQc2:Increased Ventlilation

Hi! The above lists IEQ C2 as 5 points. Am I misunderstanding this? Is it another strange and wondrous EP or ID credit, or suite of credits?

Tenant spaces Completion

NC-2009 MPR2:Must be a complete, permanent building or space

We are renovating urban buildings into apartments and speculative retail/commercial space. Some of the retail/commercial space will be constructed prior to application and some won't.

Can a credit in one rating system be considered ID in another?

Can a credit that occurs in one rating system be considered an ID credit in another rating system if there is no equivalent credit? The example: I am using LEED – NC.

Hello, I am doing CI Retail project (LEED-CI 2009 EAc3 Case 1) and it includes dish washer and ice cube machine. I understand that we have to have sub meters for process loads.

For each Group, do all products listed have to follow either Path 1 or Path 2? For eample Group 3 offers: Path 1.

High bay Areas LPD

We are working on a project with a bus repair bay areas for which we considered as "High Bay" areas for the energy model due to the fact that these areas are higher than 25 ft.

HVAC plans show the room setpoint. This should be the OPERATIVE temperature.

Raised Floor Wood Components
