when is the weatherproofing enclosed

We are building a 13 story building that will have the envelope panels in place two years before all openings will be enclosed.

We are starting design for a residential tower in Zone 1 (Hawaii) that will use natural ventilation and no mechanical air conditioning.

Hi, in our project we have a 60% of the site vegetated, planted with meadow, we have a small impervious surface near the building, and the building itself.
