IEQ Pr1 - work code in France in place of ASHRAE

Can you confirm me that it is possible, in France, to use the work code to determine the air rate in place of the ASHRAE 62.1-2007 in the places where this local code is more stringent ?

Question seems to simple to me but I can not find a definate answer. Is it acceptable / Common to increase the primary air flow to a critical zone to increase the over system ventilation efficienc

The contractor on my project recently provided me with documentation that ~14 tons of concrete and brick that were removed from the site during demolition were used for erosion control.

We have 665 open ended 8 inch diameter steel pipe piles that were originally made for oil drilling but were discarded because they did not meet oil drilling tolerances.

Should Bus Maintenance Bays be included in this credit? People work in this areas more than 8 hours a day but how would you show compliance?
