HVAC System Baseline modeling

I´m not sure if we have modeled the HVAC baseline system correctly. We are in a climate zone 2a (São Paulo - Brazil).

Hi, ASHRAE 90.1, section 9 does not apply to lighting within dwelling unit as stated in 9.1.1 footnotes. Table 9.5.1 include LPD allowance for multifamily building.

We have a project that is required by convenants to put irrigation on the front and side of the building that faces the street, but not the rest.
