Hi I'm confused about which floors and carpets should be included for this credit. The developer of the project is renting out all spaces to tenants (hotel and offices).

Can the 3 paths be used in combination in order to achieve 5 points? I was wondering if it is possible to achieve 3 points under exemplary performance and then attempt 1 point for a pilot credit a

We have a hotel project with VRF systems serving the guest rooms. I am struggling with coming up with a way to simulate less than 100% occupancy rate in the hotel guest rooms.

How about using roofing material that ”eats” NOx?

Could I apply for an ID credit for using a roofing material, (on areas where a green roof is not possible), that has titanium dioxide that neutralizes nitrogen oxides (NOx)?

small back-up laundry in hotel?

in our hotel project all laundry is outsourced to an external laundry service but we have a small area for back-up laundry requirements for the odd items that may have to be laundered.
