Duration in lavatory faucets – 15 or 30 seconds?

On LEED Online and in the Reference Guide one use of a lavatory faucet is 15 seconds.

Commissioning Authority (CxA) Regional experience?

LEED user guide states that the CxA must have Documented commissioning authority experience in at least 2 building projects. 1) 2 Building project could be from any region?

We are working on a natural ventilated CS office building. The entire building is going to be natural ventilated with no AC.

While the Water Use Reduction Additional Guidance document, (updated August 16, 2010), clearly address’ how to calculate total daily uses both with and without urinals.

I have a cut sheet on a faucet the building owners want to use in the public lavatories in their 3,5000 sq. ft.dental building. They and their staff are the only tenants.

The requirements for Pilot Credit 12 appear to be precariously similar to the requiements for LEED 2009 CI SSc3 Option 1, Exemplary Performance.
