ID credits and LEED Online Forms

We are attempting 5 innovative ID credits for a NC 2009 project. LEED Online is only allowing me to fill out one form for one credit. Am I missing something?

Automatic Lighting Shut-off in Hotel Guest rooms

I have a hotel building with 150 keys aiming for LEED Silver..can anybody advise if all the guest rooms shall have automatic lighting shut-off controls (occupancy sensors, key/card controlled etc).
