LEED CI in a LEED CS building - WE

CI-2009 WEc1:Water Use Reduction

We are going for LEED CI v2009 in a LEED CS v2009 building. Both are in design. Our client (LEED CI) will be in more than 75% of the building.

ID Kiosk

If our project puts a Kiosk in the lobby showing a video of all the sustianable attributes of our project in addition to placing signs through out the building, would that count as two ID credits o

I am unable to get clarification on two requirements for this Pilot credit: 1) the prerinse spray valve flow rate of 1.3 gpm. Does this apply to dishwashers?

I'm currently working on a school renovation that's aiming to achieve a LEED Silver rating. One of the credits that we're after is Water Efficiency Credit 3 (35% water savings).

If the energy model uses net area instead of the LEED definition of gross floor area, how is this discrepnacy reconciled?

Can a building without a core HVAC systems be certified under LEED CS? For example, a two story building with a 6,500 ft2 footprint per floor.

On a previous LEED for Schools 2009 project I was sucessful in not including the space occupied by built-in casework in the occupied square footage of a space.
