Exhausted heat

Can a LEED project use exhausted/waste heat (and claim credit of some kind) from an adjacent building that is not being included in LEED project boundary?

We have specified panel sysems for our project which are Greenguard certified. However we are using COM fabric for the panels, that is, we are using fabric from another manufacturer.

Our client is occupying the 8th floor of a G+8 building. The central plant is a combination of Air cooled and water cooled chillers.

We are needing to go down the route of Case 4 where there are facilties in landlors and tenant areas but we can only pursue the WEp1 which is fine.

Hi, I’m currently working on a LEED project in Sweden. In overall we are very good at waste handling, but I think that we include different fractions in hazardous waste.
