Can someone please clarify the excat meaning/requirement of "Use label on map" for Diverse Use Credit if possible with an example? 

Hi All, I am working on a core and shell office development under LEED V4, the criteria states that meters must be installed for future tenant spaces.

The credit language reads: Design at least 50% of interior nonstructural walls, ceilings, and floors to be movable or demountable

I am certifying an industrial manufacuting facility.

How is "access point" defined for this credit. Is it simply a crossing? It is a more involved distribution site?

We have a proyect that in the LEED boundary includes a tennis court. It's a clay court so it's not exacly paved.
