I have a project in Canada (metric units) but the client wants all documents in Imperial units. Is this a problem for LEED during the review process?

We're working on a project where the tenant occupies 2 floors in a 4 story-building. This building has DOAS units that supply OA to all 4 floors.

My project is using a pre-fabicated panel (walls and ceilings) inclusive of doors, windows and ceiling grid lights. All of these components are part of the panel design.

Is it possible to meet the Prerequisite and Credit with onsite renewable energy under V4.1 ? 

 We would like to use a non default lavatory faucet duration of 15 seconds instead of the 30 seconds. 

Following design decisions, our team discovered the frit pattern chosen to deter bird collision ultimately interfered with obtaining Views credit.
