we are evaluating the possibility of certifying a distribution center, where 85% of the area is refrigerated for product conservation (between 0 º C and 4 ºC).

Credit says: "Transportation survey must be conducted using the USGBC system"

But the guide doesn't mention what the USGBC system is or what platforms I can use.

Does dimensionable lumber used for blocking or support for interior wall partitions considered part of materials to be evaluated for LEM compliance?

"Comply with ANSI/ASHRAE/IESNA Standard 90.1–2016, with errata or a USGBC-approved equivalent standard."
