In the LEED v4 reference guide, it is given that the bicycle storage should be provided within 100' of the main entrance. Is it main entrance of the project building or project site?

I would like to know if EPDM for roof has VOC content or not. As per the VOC calculator it stated that waterproof membrane limit is 250 g/l.
