Necessary to include Certified Wood if targeting Option 3 in MRc5

Is it necessary to include certified wood in the calculation of MRc5 credit.

Can't we track only regional and recycled to achieve option 3 of this credit ?

Our client want to install CO2 sensors into the tables (offices), that is below 3 feet above the floor. Usually tasbls are 2.4-2.6 feet height.

We are got a comment on a residential project where we installed flow restrictors to reduce the faucet flow rate to 0.5 gpm.
