We are working on a large hotel, and are concerned with the "Modeled DHW Flow Rate gallons/minute" results we are getting from the "Service Water Heating" portion of the calculator.  We've dou

• Modeling a Data Center: 1,682.34 sq. ft.
• Call Center: 8,389 sq.

The form requires teams to upload a "IPM Tracking Tool" which is not available on USGBC LEED Credit resources page or here on LEEDuser. Anyone know what it looks like or have it?

Could we consider physically accesible a roof open to all tenants but without an elevator (the only way to get there is through the stairs)?

We have to use a strong concrete bonding agent below a 2 to 3" Slab on grade to stick with the concrete foundation below the structure.

Is the exemplary performance point still available? The new form v6 does not have the option for selecting exemplary performance.
