Our project is pursuing LEEDv4 EA Minimum Energy Performance Option 2 in a new commercial office space in a new building.

Since all the ID credits are under one form in LEED Online, do you have to wait until construction to submit everything? Or can you submit it partially under design and the rest in construction?

We have a case of an existing hospital building, and the owner now wishes to add 2 wings to it; one on its west side and the other on its east.

I would like to clarify if manual measurement is acceptable and compliant in this credit. We have a project that has BMS or building management system that can only monitors the HVAC consumption.

Dear all, We're working on a LEED v4 NC project in Mexico.

I'm curious about whether other teams have had success with meeting the requirements of Table 2 in terms of the minimum amount of laundry that must be done per year to qualify for the point. 

Can Innovation and/or Regional Priority credits be included in a campus master site submission?  Or must these credits be awarded at the project level?
