Can somebody confirm if the limits listed in rule 1168 (adhesives and sealants) and rule 1113 (paints and coatings) will be accepted for wet applied products in LEED v4 EQc7?

When I am building the proposed building in my energy model has the design temperature in Cooling differ from the design temperature in Heating +5 oF?
