I have a PEP for a recessed floor box, and it looks similar to an EPD, but I wasn't sure if LEED would count this.

Should a non-regular garage be included within LEED boundary?

NC-2009 MPR3:Must use a reasonable site boundary

Are kitchen cabinets considered FF&E? They are included with the apartment when you purchase it, but I wouldnt consider them part of the base building elements. thanks
