I am wondering if anyone knows if a cleanroom return chase would be counted in the conditioned floor area for determining the primary system type for ASHRAE 90.1.

It is clear to me how the prerequisite is to implement a plan without having to meet any diversion thresholds. However, its not clear how a CWM plan implementation is demonstrated.
