I just want to clarify that it is not a requirement to have an acoustic consultant for this credit?

Test Method WPSTM C1454 for sealant

We have a project that wants to use GE SCS1000 Silicone, but the test method for this product is WPSTM C1454 (V: 20 g/L). Would this product still meet the General Emissions and VOC limits?

I'm working on a School project in v2009 and I have some doubts whether the lighting controls design would meet credit requirements. I have two different cases:
