What are the consequences of re-opening an approved credit from early Design submittal to re-edit information for ex. update the project boundaries for the final design submittal ?

There is a very specific comment that eligible toilet fixtures only include tank style fixtures. Yet I see commercial style flush valve fixtures on the EPA WaterSense website.

We have received Eurofin Test Certificate providing TVOC concentration after 3 days and 28 days as per AgBB scheme - DIBt guidelines.

Does restored area have to be preserved for the life of the building, as v2009?  It appears this is no longer a requirements in v4. Can any one confirm?

Does Open Space have to be preserved for the life of the building?  This previous v2009 requirement seems to have been removed from v4.  Can anyone confirm? Thanks
