Do Shaftliners in the interior wall assemblies fall under the Low-Emitting Material category for CDPH v1.1 2010 VOC Emission testing?

Option 1 energy simulation - I am in review of the LEED Interpretation ID# 10419 and I am unclear how I model the existing envelope of a ID+C tenant space.

We have recently received the design review comments for our project which is predominantly residential and includes a Dog Spa and Bike Maintenance areas available to residents only.

We have a project that has terraces in some floors, the issue is that the terraces have a roof but they are not enclosed. Can we count this area as open space?
