Are there a list of demand response strategies that are not allowed by GBCI?
for example, could an onsite diesal generator be used during a demand event?

The building I am modeling is part of a campus. The LEED boundaries of the single buildings are coincident with the buildings while the exterior spaces are inside the LEED Campus boundary.
