Demand Response strategies

Hello,

Are there a list of demand response strategies that are not allowed by GBCI?

for example, could an onsite diesal generator be used during a demand event?

LEED Campus: exterior lighting

The building I am modeling is part of a campus. The LEED boundaries of the single buildings are coincident with the buildings while the exterior spaces are inside the LEED Campus boundary.

exterior lighting: roof

Hello, is exterior lighting on a roof (terrace) regulated by ASHRAE 90.1-2007?  Or shall it be modelled in the same way (same power and same schedules) in the proposed and in the baseline mode
