I'm modeling a building that does not have any cooling system in the majority of spaces (just in some office spaces). All occupiable spaces are heated and ventilated.

The LEED step-by-step guidance within step 4 states that an individual transit stop can only be counted once, regardless  of the number of entrances within walking distance.
