My new construction administrative office building project (federal project on a secure military base) has 750 full-time occupants (8 hour work day), 300 part-time occupants (4 hour work day), and

I have a project in Climate Zone 6, which is trying to use Option 2 under the prescriptive path, using the 50% AEDG for Small to Medium Office Buildings.  They'd like to avoid the ASHRAE 90.1

The percentage of APPA Space Categories (i.e. break room, conference room, copy/mail room, etc.) are specific to office buildings.

Is it part of the requirement of this credit to monitor temperature and humidity in the space during the flush out - or is it sufficient to provide the temperature set points and calculate the resu

If I am using all reclaimed/recycled water, do I still need to use the calculator. Where do I download the calculator? By using reclaimed/recycled water, do I get 2 points?

I have a site that is currently on previously developed site. Utilities, sidewalks, etc are already in place. However the Soil Survey says the land the is prime farmland if drained.
