Hi. For the 10 month post-occupancy commissioning - when is the post-occupancy considered started. When all occupants (100%) have moved into the house and all equipment is up and running?

My retail project has metal furniture that is powder coated.  it is my understanding that this would qualify as "inherently non-emitting sources" per LEEDv4 and would not be subject to the BIF
