I have a possible case with a office building that also contains a large Data Center.

I'm sure I read somewhere that including green walls in the project can help us earn an Innovation in Design point if it complies with a certain percetange of the building's footprint area.

I am currently working on a residential building. For LEED V2009, the requirement of the permanent entryway system should have 3m long in the primary direction of travel.

My project is to be a shell with no HVAC, lighting or metering systems. It is understood that there will be one tenant for the building.

The project is in Ho Chi Minh city - tropical climate, so there is no demand for heating and the office will use only electricity.

Our project is a zero lot line. We would be able to install a green roof for 20% of the project site surface which is not enough since the treshold is 30%.

To achieve this credit must you have a LEED AP ID+C as a principal participant, or can you have a LEED AP BD+C as a principal participant on a commercial interiors project and still achieve this cr

why is the no information  required to enter in design water calculation to accomodate visitors? 

Please note we have visitor column in calculation sheet.
