Would a product that is recognized by the USDA BioPreferred program contribute to the 60% threshold for on-going purchases of environmentally preferable products?

Our project has a total of 139 parking spaces at the perimeter of the campus, with ONLY ADA/handicap and six (6) short-term visitor spaces at a close in drop off area.

I'm working on a project located within an existing indoor shopping mall. The retail space does not abut to the exterior envelope.

I am working on a project (NC-V4, not zero-lot line) with a rainwater harvest for flushing toilets and for irrigation.

We have three Core & Shell Buildings on one site. They are pursuing seperate certifications, and because of the small size of the projects, we are not doing a campus or group certification.
